Our production base is located in the east area of industrial demonstration park, Shangzhou District, Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province, covering an area of 56.68 mu, with a construction area of 27296.81 square meters, and advanced plant extraction equipment and technology. It is planned to build 26 production lines in total, 16 plant extraction production lines have been built and put into operation in phase I and phase II, with a daily output of 4 tons. The plant mainly includes plant extraction workshop, plant extraction warehouse, power workshop, cooling circulating water room, 600 ton sewage treatment station, solvent management area, 3000 square meters modern warehouse power distribution room, fire pool and related auxiliary facilities. There are complete purification workshop and corresponding packaging production line.

The main body of the extraction workshop in our plant is the steel structure class a explosion-proof workshop. According to the production process and equipment installation, the local multi-layer is designed according to the actual situation. The plant extraction production line, plant extraction automation production line, product pilot production line, drying tower, purification workshop, public facilities: pure water water workshop, air conditioning room layout, air compressor room, vacuum pump room, cooling water room, power distribution room. The extraction workshop is equipped with 100 thousand levels of essence area. The crude products of each production line are produced in the process of crystallization, drying, crushing, packaging and so on. The products are made into finished products, and the purification level is D.

In terms of quality control, the company has established an advanced product quality testing center with a complete laboratory. In strict accordance with GMP standards, it is equipped with the international advanced ppsl-2 irradiation residual food and drug detector, hbs-s halogen moisture detector, pure water preparation system, membrane filtration system, reverse osmosis system, high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, heavy metal detection instrument, UV chromatography, Chinese medicine extract moisture detector and other instruments, using HPLC, UV, GC, TLC and other methods are used to detect different items. Comprehensive testing equipment and high-quality testing personnel provide a reliable guarantee for product quality.
