Peony Hydrosol

What is hydrosol? It is an aquatic product made by distillation extraction, its by-product is the essential oil. In French, it is called “Hydrolates”(the literal meaning is water emulasion), it is also called “Hydrosol” or “Florales”, especially when it is made by distillating the pales of roses or flores aurantii.
